Installation problems

I recently opted out of the new preview dashboard in doing so I received a update which returned my old dashboard and noticed all of my games and apps were gone in trying to download them again I keep getting installation paused on my games I have tried
endlessly to down load have done hard reset numerous times have created a seperate email and profile advised by a Xbox operator that didn't work they suggested it was my laser and would arrange pick up but I suggested I use another Xbox one console in doing
this the same happened to the other console I am reluctant to try this on 3rd but on console one I was having trouble with Fifa 16 gta golf etc but on console 2 GTA was already installed so when I updated it it loaded and worked but still no Fifa ETC 3 days
I have been going over this with every operater on the planet and they have left me with you as my last resort I have been on Xbox forever and have spent fortunes on here this is through no fault of my own yet I'm still offline 3 days later please help a fellow

Installation Problems?

I have had issues with my Xbox freezing after I finsih a Road to Superstar game on Madden 12 while it is installed on my hard drive. Not sure why though :/

I am in the exact same situation as you

When I attempt to install a game my fan gets louder for a few seconds and a "Installation Stopped" notification shows. I to opted out of the NXOE before experiencing this, hoping for a fix ASAP

Hey, guys! Sorry to see any issues while in the preview program. When you opt out of NXOE, it does say that you will have your console factory reset, which will remove all of your games. Additionally, everyone will be getting NXOE later this week. If you
are having issues installing games and your console is completely out of the preview program, please post up a new thread. If your console is still in the base preview program, then you will want to submit feedback through your console and then post in the
Update Preview Forums. Thanks for understanding!

Im getting the same problem as well. Trying to install NBA 2k12 but it stays at the white circle. Other games I've installed on this system never gave me any trouble (last one I did was about two weeks ago).

Truly this is the first time I've ever heard of this happening, especially when trying on multiple consoles. Have you tried using another disc (if possible)?

In any case, I am going to move this thread to the Support Forums for better visibility.

i tried that and still got nothing, and i tried downloading it onto another hard drive on another console and that didn't work either
