Installation problems

I bought Forza Horizon 3 today. It is now at 99% and after about 15 minutes he writes that there is a problem. And he tries to install again. What can I do?

Installation Problems?

I have had issues with my Xbox freezing after I finsih a Road to Superstar game on Madden 12 while it is installed on my hard drive. Not sure why though :/

Remove all remnants of the failed install. Then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational try
the install again.

Im getting the same problem as well. Trying to install NBA 2k12 but it stays at the white circle. Other games I've installed on this system never gave me any trouble (last one I did was about two weeks ago).

Truly this is the first time I've ever heard of this happening, especially when trying on multiple consoles. Have you tried using another disc (if possible)?

In any case, I am going to move this thread to the Support Forums for better visibility.

i tried that and still got nothing, and i tried downloading it onto another hard drive on another console and that didn't work either
