Installation Problems?

I have had issues with my Xbox freezing after I finsih a Road to Superstar game on Madden 12 while it is installed on my hard drive. Not sure why though :/

do u check it your consul storage free space. Maybe you don't have some free space to install this game.? Also do u try power cycle your xbox one consul performing hard reset. I hope this will help you out

Are you trying to install the game using the disc? In this case, errors can occur if an update is downloaded during the installation. A first troubleshoot you can try is to delete local files and install the game setting the console offline.

Im getting the same problem as well. Trying to install NBA 2k12 but it stays at the white circle. Other games I've installed on this system never gave me any trouble (last one I did was about two weeks ago).

Truly this is the first time I've ever heard of this happening, especially when trying on multiple consoles. Have you tried using another disc (if possible)?

i tried that and still got nothing, and i tried downloading it onto another hard drive on another console and that didn't work either
