    Installation problem


    1 month ago i bought a new xboxone and Destiny (disc). I tried to install the game (with internet connection) and stopped at 38% (it was loading from disc and at the same time it downloaded updates from internet...), and the message was disc problem..I asked
    from the shop i bought the game a replacement disc and they gave me a new one !!! I tried to install the new disc , but again the same problem, it stops at 38%, is it possible both discs having the same problem ? I tried to install the game without internet
    connection (only from disc) and it stopped at 98% giving me again the same disc error problem...Can you help me to solve the problem? Is it possible to send me a code to download the game from internet ?

    Im getting the same problem as well. Trying to install NBA 2k12 but it stays at the white circle. Other games I've installed on this system never gave me any trouble (last one I did was about two weeks ago).

    Truly this is the first time I've ever heard of this happening, especially when trying on multiple consoles. Have you tried using another disc (if possible)?
