    Hi,

    I use a game code of "MineCraft explorer Pack" to install the game on my XBOX ONE,

    The code has been taken successfully, but the next page told me the content is unavaible with this screen on my TV :

    I wait severals minutes and refresh the page many times, and the screen was always the same.

    After that, i try to enter the code again, and it says me that the code had already been used but the game isn't installed (next screen). Why ?

    Do you have any idea please ?

    Error installing the game!

    I was playing with the code but after activation of the installation stops at 80%. I tried to install the game more than 6 times failed. Help!

    Problems with installation of a game from a disc.

    I own forza horizons 2 (a disk version) and love the game. i recently uninstalled it to make room for something else and now when I try to reinstall it The installation stops and restarts everytime at around 15%. It is not an issue of space as I know I have
    more than enough. I am wondering if the problem is the disk or something else. If it is the disk, is there a way that I could exchange the messsed up disk for a new one?

    Try a simple Google search of the code. If all else fails, attempt re-installation of the game.

    Sorry to hear it. If the Beta app is trying to install these games but is failing then please try installing from the Store app

    I have just tried this and it does not work, when I go into the app and find the game there is no “download to console” button just a “launch on console” button which brings me to the game on Microsoft store and asks me to buy it. Is there another solution?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Let's try installing the disc game digitally by following the steps below:

    "1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

    2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

    ​​​A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

    4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

    5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it."
