    Installation keeps stopping for Call of Duty Cold War.


    I have done the following.

    1. Factory reset Xbox (while keeping games and apps)

    2. Tried installing on external drive.

    3. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling game

    4. Tried uninstalling add-ons and just trying to install base game.

    None of these have worked. It says I own the game in the Microsoft Store.

    Was wondering if there is possibly another work around or if I'm SOL.

    Kindly also try installing the game remotely. You can click the game title from your order history to install it via Xbox store or you can use Xbox mobile/ PC app. Just make sure that remote features are already enabled. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features. Check the box to enable remote features and for Power options, select Sleep mode.

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.
