    Installation Interrupted. XBOX Series X


    After doing all the configuration of the Xbox Series X yesterday afternoon I put some games to download (Fifa 20, Forza Horizon 4, etc.) and turned off the XBOX.
    When I turned it on at night I noticed that no games had been installed and all downloads were "Installation Interrupted". What could be happening?
    P.S .: XBOX is in the mode of not shutting down completely.

    I'm having the same problem. It has had 19 games queued since my xbox came in yesterday around 11:00am CST. But when i leave my xbox series X on and keep it at the download screen, it downloads fine. I, too, have mine set to Instant-On. Checked
    the settings and it's set to download updates while off.
    Exactly, if keep it at download screen installation is fine.

    Im actually having this same exact isuue except im playing on an xbox one x and this is the second time ive installed the game no interruptions and it still crashes when i open it.

    An Xbox One and a Series X are two different consoles. The game has not been released for the Xbox One. You would need a Series S or X console in order to install it.

    Hi,

    Your drive will work the same on Series X as it does on Xbox One and you won't need to format it.

    However, Series X games or Xbox One games with Series X enhancements will not run from that drive and will either need to be installed internally or to an external SSD designed for Series X/S.

    Your hard drive will be too slow for Series X games. They can be stored there, but not run from there.
