Installation getting stuck

Hi, Itz_.mmx! my apologies for the late reply.

Would you mind giving these installation methods a try?

A) Unplug your external storage, and try installing the game again.

B) Install the game digitally:

- Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features, and enable remote features for your console.

- Cancel the installation.

- Clear your download queue.

- Eject your disc.

- Download the Xbox mobile app and link it to your console.

- On the mobile app, search for Forza Horizon 3

- Tap "Download to console", this will trigger a digital installation for this game.

Once the installation is complete, insert your disc so your console can read its license and allow you to launch the game.

Thanks alot for the help, it was the External storage that was causing this problem

I am using Xbox Series X, im trying to install Forza Horizon 3 which i own on disc, I do not have any devices plugged into my console aside from external storage. The methods i have used are: installing offline and clearing my local saved games, none of them have seemed to work (the website has also been telling me it could be the Xbox Live server which is apparently down)

This is occuring on console
