Installation error for digital games - error 0x87e00005

As the title suggests, I have been getting installation errors when downloading digital games. For the past few days I have been trying different potential solutions, all without success. I have tried: clearing games for extra storage, checking my Xbox for updates, performing a power cycle, changing my DNS to Google's Public DNS, and resetting my Xbox One console. I don't have access to the routers/modems due to my living situation so I can't try a hard restart on those. My multiplayer connection is moderate but that has not prevented me from downloading games before. I am out of ideas of what to do so any and all help is much appreciated.

If you've already tried all troubleshooting steps possible to fix the issue with no success, it might be a hardware issue therefore your console will need to be services. You access the link below to request a repair order for your console. However, I would recommend fist to contact your internet provider just to make sure that there's no issue with your network.

Im on Xbox one s, when i go in the xbox market appear this error on the games i want to install “0x87e00005”( they are games in the game pass)
