Installation 100% then Installation Stopped message

I haven't played Call of Duty: Ghosts since early this year and yesterday decided to play. When I inserted the disc the small game window appeared with a green progress bar stating 'Installation 100%'. After a moment Installation Stopped' appears. I retried
installing the update today and yesterday with the same results. I also tried a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button on the Xbox One, but that didn't work.

Any idea what the heck is happening and how I can resolve this?

nothing, 100% installation and nothing, installation stopped....

 

Can't play my games, help!

I have signed in to xbox live and all my games have come up with installation stopped, I clicked on all of them to try installation again but no joy! It just go from 'installation stopped' to '100%' then to 'queued' then back to 'installation stopped'
I've tried disconnecting from wireless, restart then installing but still same error. Can anyone help so I finally start playing some games?

 

It sounds like the update may have become corrupted. Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it?
