    Install Stuck


    I went to install Advanced Warfare and it said there was an update so I picked update now. The install got to around 40% and just got stuck there. Disc keep spinning but it doesn't move. Stayed in the same spot for 30 mins. What happened? I canceled the
    install which I hope took everything out and that nothing is just floating there still on my hard drive. Anyone else have this happen?

    Install stuck

    I recently bought the game digitally on Live and left it to install. But the install keeps getting stuck at 30% for a few hours. I've paused and resumed several times, canceled and reinstalled several times as well, but each time, it stops at 30%, no error
    codes, nothing, just stops there. Any ideas?

    Stuck on Installing...

    Hey there.

    Sorry to hear about the installation troubles! This issue should be cleared up not, but if you're still having issues give your Xbox One a power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having troubles, please let us know.

    Installation problems. I got prompted to install update. I accepted. It was stuck at 99% for a really long time. I paused the install and then canceled the install. I turned off the XBOX and retried the install. This time I got a warning that the install
    was 6gb. I accepted. It has be STUCK at "0% Install" for over an hour. Not sure what to do at this point.
