    Install problem


    I have a strange problem with my Xbox one, i recently bougth a digital INDIE game, but after i bougth it i cant install it, Even my re-install games on harddisk i cant install however physical games works to install. Why cant i install digitally?

    I newly visited dad and bringed my xbox, so i pulled out my external harddisk but that cant be the problem, rigth?

    PLEASE HELP

    Install Problem.

    No, the only way to get your GOTY Edition disk to work is to get another one. It doesn't work because the systems sees it as a different game.

    Install Problem.

    So I installed my friend's Oblivion disk because my GOTY Edition disk does not work. He has the normal disk. Are they not supposed to work together like that?

    Install problem

    Once you buy a game of the store it should automatically download and install.

    If you go to "May Games and Apps" there is a section there called something like "Ready to Install" it may be stuck in there, I've had it happen once or twice where a game gets stuck in the ready to install part.

    The other thing to try is go to "My Games and Apps" and look at what games are actually on your system, it could be that it has installed but you missed it.

    I am having same problem i own this game and it is in ready to install window but does nothing no matter how many times i hit insttall.

    I purchased it not 10 hours ago. Plus other games wiill install

    I've had the same issue today too. While trying to download the new Minecraft multiplatform capable multiplayer game on the store. If you've played Minecraft for a while, you get the new version for free. The dashboard said I've purchased it but also no
    matter how many times I reinstall and restart, it's not working.

    It's likely an O Oh, that shouldn't have happened glitch thingy. Try again tomorrow. Should be up and running properly then.

    In the latest preview build that MS put out, this is listed as one of the known issues: -





    We are investigating reports of some users cannot install any games or apps.
    Current workarounds that work for some users is change Wi-Fi networks quickly, plug in an Ethernet cable or to disable IPV6 on your home network.






    This seems to be affecting people outside of the preview program too and the same fixes can potentially work there as well, for example: -

    Im getting the same problem as well. Trying to install NBA 2k12 but it stays at the white circle. Other games I've installed on this system never gave me any trouble (last one I did was about two weeks ago).

    Truly this is the first time I've ever heard of this happening, especially when trying on multiple consoles. Have you tried using another disc (if possible)?
