Install issues (Black Ops 3, Digital)

    Install issues (Black Ops 3, Digital)


    It seems my download keeps getting corrupt or something somehow and I have no idea why. The menus work fine, but whenever I try to play nothing loads. Like the faces in campaign wont load and it just shows my character as a grey glitchy mess. I then decided
    to just start the campaign with whatever character I had created and the first cutscene kept freezing almost as if it were buffering. Hard reseting the console didnt work and now I'm reinstalling the game for the second time.

    Also similar issues have happened before with AC Syndicate and Arkhm Knight, but those were both physical and were fixed after the first reinstall.

    Anybody have an idea on why this keeps happening or how I can fix it?

    Black Ops 2 Backward compatible

    Are you still having issues with trying to install Black Ops 2?

    Mm, that's tough. Is there a possibility that your region on your account doesn't match your physical location? You can make sure of that at
    http://account.microsoft.com

    Here's more on region migrations:

    If everything doesn't match up, this can cause issues. (Please remember not to publicly share too many personal pieces of info on the forums here.)

    this is really only affecting people in the middle east, because when i checked the other forums, they're usually in places like saudi arabia and the version they're on is xbox 360
