Install help please

I have everything setup and connected to my cable box and TV, but I cannot get the home screen to come up. I press the A button and nothing happens. I need to get connected to my WiFi so I can download the games. Help.

Install problem please help

So I went and bought a physical copy of FF:XV yesterday, I installed the game 46GB or so and a 10GB update, as well as my Masamune day one content. When I go to my game in the Xbox One hub and go to downloads, it shows as all downloads as done. But when
I go into the game in the upper right corner it says Install Progress 98% and I cannot start a new game. Really bummed I haven't been able to play, as this is why I bought my Xbox One 2 weeks ago. :[ Please help

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

Sorry to hear it. I'm wondering if the issue was with the console before your friend sold it to you. All the steps you tried are valid but can you please try doing the updates with the console connected via an ethernet cable (if you haven't already)?

If that doesn't work you may need to set up a repair on the console. As the console is used you would be charged for the repair.
