    Hi my brither have a problem with fortnite install

    He downloaded 10 Go, shuted down his console and logged on mine but now his console say that Fortnite is totally installed but I know it's not, when we launch it, the game ask us to finish the install but it won't finish as the console think it's finished ...

    Is it possible to force the download of the missing files ? I don't want to restart everything, I have a **** connexion with limited download ...

    Hey there,

    Which specific game are you trying to install? Also, do you see any error messages or error codes when attempting to install?

    Error during new game start - 0x80073cf6

    Hi there, I first tried to install the youtube app, and install kept failing due to unknown error. Then after repeatd tries install worked but app does not even start and gave the error code 0x80073cf6. I gave up, bought the game NBA LIVE18 and after a successful
    long download install, during new game first start I got the 0x80073cf6 error again. Google said something about package registration error. Any fix? Please Help!!!!

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Hi, if you're trying to install a game from a disc and you're receiving this error, try the following guide: https://support.xbox.com/games/troubleshooting/game-installation-process-stops
    (My understanding is that even though this guide says it's for games that fail to install "at or near 0%," it is applicable to any disc installation error stopping short of 100% at the same place every attempt.)

    Additionally, double-check to make sure you have enough storage space for the game you're trying to install.

    If no solution in that guide works, or you're getting this error message from a digital download and you've confirmed you have enough space, I might try contacting Official Xbox Support at the following link: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Installation error

    Thank you for your input, however none of those solutions have allowed me to install Minecraft. I'm not sure about the last one because it tells me "AppXManifest.xml'" does not exist. No error codes have changed and nothing was found in troubleshoot. Is there another way or a workaround to the reinstall method? In addition, Microsoft still allows me to install updates in the store. From what it appears, it is just Minecraft.

    Hello, I went to the store on my new Xbox and it says that I own the dlcs but I don't own the game whereas on my old Xbox it shows that I own the game and dlcs, any reason this is happening? (I do have the new Xbox set as the home Xbox)
