i install flight similatour after install show me need check update and i click and waiting for compelte update but now long time wait but not end

Hi,

I had a similar issue. Mine was the Game Pass version. I did not have any error codes.

On mine I uninstalled the pre-download install from Windows Settings.

The downloaded it again. This time I had the same picture but there was a download window overlay. I managed to install mine after this.

Do you have a screen with a download bar showing files being downloaded/installed or do you just have a picture of a plane and a download bar that isn't moving?

I found a solution for mandatory updates not installing, and I would like to share it with all of you.

- I observed that the mandatory updates that would not get installed were related to Xbox.

- So, I installed the Xbox app from the Store.

- I opened Store and Updated ( a flight Sim update was downloaded and installed)…

- I started Flight Sim. An UPDT of 2.67GB needed to be installed

After that the issue was resolved. I do hope that helps, and I thank every one of you giving your ideas.
