can y put my consol on the wall vertcally , if y use small braket , without affecting the ventilation. Or am i going to damage my x-box one original just to make it work in a vertical position .

Non-Existent Shipping support for parts replacement

Hi There

I placed an order for a replacement power supply for my X-Box one on the 19th of Dec 2015. Since then I've contacted MS 6 times to find out what the status of my order is. They've since escalated it and the original SR# number has disappeared from the parts
replacement dashboard.

Is there a way to get an original part replaced for my X-Box one power supply that does not follow the MS support process. So far all they've done is basically waste my time and taken my money.

The original launch Xbox One was only designed to be used horizontally not vertically and it is not recommended to use the console vertically, the newer Xbox One S and Xbox One X however can be used vertically if connected to and

Do you have it plugged into a surge protector or directly into a wall? The X Box One was designed to be plugged directly into the wall, as it has a built in surge protector. The X Box One will not receive full power if plugged into a surge protector and
may give you problems.

Maybe I will leave the Original X Box behind and sell it before I move. Shame the games weren't backwards compatible with the X Box One S. Will miss my Buffy the Vampire Slayer and old school LMA Manager

Yes, I've gone to the website to download X Box One games to my library, but I cannot.

To clarify again, I don't have an X Box One console so I cannot install it. The message will say I don't have the required device.

I do have a one year gold membership, pre-paid card.

In the past, games with gold can allow me to add an X Box One game to my library even without an X Box One console. If I purchase an X Box One console, my free games with gold games will be in the library.

Now there is no option online to add the X Box One game to add to the account unless I own a X Box One console.

Hopefully, you can help further. If not, thanks for the reply anyways.
