Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend looking over
this thread on the Beta app. We recommend to also make sure your PC is up to date at least 1903 or higher. If it is lower than that, it will not install either.

Try these and let us know.

My computer is up to date. I already had the app, but for other reasons, I uninstalled it. when it was installed again it had this problem. And I didn't find a topic about my problem, your answer didn't help me at all.

Sim. Atualizado. Fiz as atualizações necessárias para a instalação do Xbox Game Pass (beta). Usei o próprio instalador para isso. Fiz verificações de atualização também e está tudo ok.
