Sorry to hear there is an issue with installing apps/games. Make sure your console is fully up to date!

Settings
System
Update and Downloads
Update console
Try installing apps.

If the issue persist then please try to set the DNS to manual and see if that will fix the network/gaming issue.

(Or follow the steps below)

Go to settings:

Network
Network settings
Advanced settings
DNS settings> manual
Set Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8
Set Secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4
Test all networks> then test your content/games/chats/etc.

I'm sorry to hear that is happening. I know Fortnite recently had an update and this could cause a few bumps when trying to install it.
