Instalação travada [Edit - Translation] - Installation locked

Eu comprei final fantasy XV royal edition, porem na hora de instalar o jogo e somente o jogo a instalação trava nos 53%. Alguem sabe o que pode estar causando isto? E como solucionar este problema?

Hey Victor,

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already, I want you to try running a connection test by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection.

In case you receive an error message, make sure to follow the corresponding troubleshooting on our

Connection Error Solution page. You might also want to try cancelling the current installation. Hope this helps!

Hey Victor,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Is this a disc game or is it digital? If its disc, then you may want to try installing your game while your console is offline. Aside from that, I recommend checking out this troubleshooting article :

Resetei o modem e refiz a instalação utilizando o idioma inglês e nada. Tá complicado mesmo.

Para ambos ele solicita o download e instalação. Isso após instalar e atualizar todos os pacotes disponíveis, como se tivesse sido feito.

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support!

I understand you're having issues launching various apps and you're receiving an "interrupted installation" error message.

I'll be happy to help with that. How long have you been experiencing this particular issue?

First off, I would recommend
Hard Power Cycling your Xbox console.

Second, if that doesn't work I would attempt a
Soft factory Reset [Keep my Games and Apps] on your console.

(FYI) After the Soft Factory reset you'll need to reconnect to your network and redownload your profiles back onto the Xbox.

I have noticed a few similar posts / issues like this one today and it may be an emerging Service Alert issue.
