Boa noite, em meu console Xbox one fat nao consigo instalar nenhum APP da STORE ja resetei o console mas mesmo assim o problema continua !

Em meu console ja tentei varias vezes instalar o Microsoft rewards, filmes & TV , hub do insider mas nao baixa e nao instala alguns geram o codigo de erro (0x80072F8F), jogos eu consigo baixar normalmente sem nenhum problema já resetei meu modem de internet
, o console , já verifique a LIVE STATUS mas não baixa de forma alguma os APPS ! POR FAVOR ME AJUDEM !!!

Hi Carlos,

Thanks for reaching out and responding to us. We appreciate the information and want to help as best as we can. I would recommend setting up a static ip address or even just trying to set up the DNS.

So you would go to your System, Settings, Network, Network Settings, Advance Settings then it should say DNS Settings. Select Manuel and enter in 8.8.8.8 for the primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 for the Secondary DNS.

power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out and let us know the results.

Boa noite , infelizmente nada funcionou segue em anexo imagens dos testes feitos no Xbox one o
unico app que consegui instalar ate agora foi o Media Player os outros deram erro segue imagens abaixo.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having an issue getting your apps to install, even after a reset. Based on the error message you received (0x80072F8F)
it seems like this is likely related to your network connection to Xbox Live.
