Gostaria de saber como resolver esse erro que só acontece comigo quando tento baixar apps da store. Ex: spotify, netflix…

Thank you for coming to the forums today. We would be happy to help but can you provide us some more details on this error installing apps?

When did this first start happening? Can you list all of the apps you cannot download?

I suggest doing the basic troubleshooting first. Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

Do those steps, provide us the information asked above, and let us know the results!

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Começou a pouco tempo quando eu tentei instalar o spotify e quando deu esse erro fui tentar outros aplicativos e deu o mesmo erro mas jogos e atualizações baixam normalmente apenas aplicativos que não.
