    Why xbox?!?!!

    I was communications banned unjustified I did nothing wrong people just reported me for laughs why don't you contact the account holder before doing something like that please undo my account is

    I got suspended for no reason?

    Hello,

    Today I got suspended from Live for 'violating' community guidelines. Apparently it was for communication?

    I've never communicated in such a way that would warrant any kind of a ban and I'm unsure as to why this occurred....

    However, I have had people communicate in an anti-social and horrible way toward me yet they get nothing even if I report them...

    Can you help me out here?

    This is completely unjustifiable and frankly, shows terrible customer service and community support. Why have a ban system when people who have done nothing wrong get banned but those who are toxic and rude continue to be free to do so.'

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    I got 2 unjustified communications banned

    Expert gamers can't do anything regarding suspensions since they don't work for Microsoft. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. You'd have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the suspensions and to see about submitting a case review.
