#InsideXbox State Of Decay 2 Reward

So last night I was watching the inside xbox and they said that if your tweet got read, they would tweet you back a code for the Ultimate Edition of State of Decay 2. My tweet was displayed on TV, and its been almost 24 hours and I still have not gotten
the code I was supposed to get last night. I spent about an hour and half on the phone last night and they told me to go here. Any way you can help? Thanks in advance!!

Bueller? Anyone? Does Microsoft monitor these forums? I have now only received two surveys, one on twitter asking how they did, and one from a phone call. The only responses I've gotten from Microsoft is asking me how they did. Problem is still not fixed.

 

Between my unanswered post here, my unanswered questions on the phone, and my unanswered tweets to Microsoft over the last week, truly shows top notch support. Good job guys!

 

you would have to contact the promotions company usually something like that will include the company that runs the promotion
