    Insider Update Causing Console Problems


    My console freezes after startup (even after full power down and power cable unplugged). The only thing I can think of that might cause this was the insider update a few weeks ago. I can hold the Xbox button on my controller to bring up the power options
    but I cannot move the cursor over to the "Report a problem" selection. I've encountered the following error codes from trying to open the "Help" app through voice commands (because my controller input won't work): 0x8027025a, 0x80070102.

    Latest Insider Update Causing HDR Colour Problems

    After the recent April update my XBOX ONE S is no longer displaying colors correctly for any HDR content.

    Insider Update Causing Console Problems

    The Same thing is happening to me now, Im also part of the preview programme. My console is on the home screen and it cannot open anything it just makes a noise and nothing, It doenst even say its connected to xbox live. Might be a bad update i hope it can
    be fixed

    You'll both want to post in the
    Xbox One Insider Program Forums     for the best information and assistance. Since the update is still in the early stages, things may not work correctly at times since it is a Beta. So they'll have the best insight and be able to troubleshoot any potential
    issues. If you want to opt out of the Insider Program, you can do so from the Insider app on the console. Keep in mind thought that doing so, will cause your console to factory reset and any games and apps will need to be reinstalled to the console.

    Updates for games and apps wont show up

    It's not on Microsoft side as I can update with no issues but sometimes a insider update could cause this issues on a console as this is not a ready to release update, that's why when you join the Insider program you agree to the fact that it's a software test and could cause some issues to the console that a ready to release software wont

    If nobody mentions that we are not in the insider program. It is because we are not, this problem was caused by the update that Microsoft released, curiously we all have that problem after it was updated
