    Hi so I have been part of the insider programme for quite some time now but I am sadly unable to now access the app because of a previous ban I had months back now is there anyway if getting this cleared so I can begin using it again?

    You can not be in the Insider program if you have had any type of enforcement action within the past 12 months.

    You will have to wait 12 months from when your suspension finished & obviously not receive any more enforcement action in the meantime.

    Hi try removing the console from the insider programme then rebooting the console you can rejoin the insider programme if it works or not.

    Are you in the insider programme if you are remove your console from this then reboot it you can join the insider programme again this worked for me.
