    I have been in contact with Xbox support chat regarding my inability to join the insider program. I have 4 Years of Xbox live, with no bans and no account behavior issues. It says the account is under age, but I had a Microsoft Support Member confirm that it
    isn't I would love to talk with a representative to help improve the Xbox Interface.

    Sorry for any confusion. If you're receiving that error it would mean that your account was set up under the age of 18 and still hasn't crossed that age. Unsure of why support has told you that you should be able to join. Apologies for any confusion, if you

    To leave the program you would follow these instructions:

    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One console.
    2. On the main landing page, select Insider content.
    3. Under System, select Xbox One Update Preview.
    4. Select Join or Manage.
    5. At the very bottom select Unenroll.
    It can take a couple of days to be removed and you may get a factory refresh to reset your console.

    And it doesn't prevent future enforcement

    It's a little bit weird that It has passed 48-72H, It should take 24H, You can use the forum on Reddit for Xbox Insiders, they will help you.
