    Insider program problem!


    Hello all,

    So I have been in the Xbox One Insider program a while now!

    I went through the Microsoft Xbox Live Chat Support and they pointed here, as usual not very helpful, which I am sorry about but why have a support page if you point me to other people!

    Okay, I have the Xbox Insider Hub installed on my Xbox, but I am unable to sync or add my device to the console app side, I am also unable to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard etc etc..

    I have done one or two polls, and participated in the Sea Of Thieves Alpha and that is it. Otherwise the hub is dead and nothing to press, do, look at and is right now just taking up space on my haddrive, so I ask you guys... What can I do or is something
    wrong.

    I would like to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard, see more content, polls etc....

    Something is wrong and I need help!

    Xbox Insider Program Problem

    If you've had any type of enforcement action on your account within the past 12 months then you can not join the insider program.

    Xbox Insider Program Problem

    When I load the xbox insider hub app on xbox, It says "You can't join the Xbox Insider program because of your past behavior'.
