    Hello, I need you to help me with my Xbox Insider updates. It says that I am only allowed to use ring four as that is the only option in the Xbox Insider app so how do I get the other options like alpha ring and stuff like that

    Rings are based on how active you are in the program. Every now and then, you may be reevaluated and offered a chance at a higher ring.

    When I had joined the insider program it took quite a bit for it to switch from pending to enrolled. I would try and give it a little more time.

    I understand the excitement to get involved in such a great feedback program. Keep us updated on your status.
