    Hi there I am having problems with joining xbox preview program on my console it is stuck on pending for 6 days now I spoke to xbox customer service they said I have been invited but I am not receiving any update. error message for 6 days please check

    Hi! Are you able to cancel and afterwards join the program again? By doing this the issue might be gone.

    i recommed you wait until either your solitud will be canceled or accepted.

    When I had joined the insider program it took quite a bit for it to switch from pending to enrolled. I would try and give it a little more time.

    I understand the excitement to get involved in such a great feedback program. Keep us updated on your status.
