Insider Preview Alpha problems.

I'm part of the preview program and every other day my console will turn on and won't be connected to Xbox live and be greyed out. When I try moving nothing happens or to open settings it sits and loads then tells me there's an error and to check if Xbox
live services are running. They are and the only way for me to fix and use the console again is to factory reset my console. Is there a fix or is anyone else having this issue? It's getting a little ridiculous that I have to restart and reset my console every
couple of days.

Fans Can Now Opt into the Xbox Insider Program

Today we’re inviting new participants to join Preview Alpha, and removing some inactive Preview Alpha participants.

Those invited to join Preview Alpha will receive an Xbox Live message today with the invite and instructions on how to join. Users invited to join Preview Alpha today have been Xbox Insiders for at least six months and mettwo or more of the following criteria:
• Active on one or more consoles enrolled in the Xbox One Update Preview
• Submitted detailed Report-a-problem feedback in the last 90 days
• Made significant Xbox Insider XP gains in the last 90 days

We removed access to Preview Alpha from some Xbox Insiders who did not have a console currently enrolled in Preview Alpha or provided no feedback to the Xbox team over the past 90 days.

Microsoft edge problem on xbox one s

Hi, I am part of the insider preview Alpha testers and I have reported these same issues. Hopefully they will work on a fix for these problems.

HI, I'm also getting that issue, however you shouldn't need to reset the Xbox, all I do is with the Xbox powered on press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds, let the Xbox shut off, pull the power cord out of the Xbox for around 30 seconds, reconnect
the power cord and power the Xbox on again using the power button on the Xbox. Seems to work for me at least.

Yeah, I'm the Alpha Skip-Ahead preview. I reported it. That might be the problem.

Hi SnoFox,

This has been a known issue for a while now and acknowledged by the Xbox Preview team and were testing a fix for this issue in the Alpha ring back in December. Since then, there has been no updates but based on this

article I'm assuming the issue was resolved in the Alpha ring preview update but doesn't seem to have gone live yet. There could have been some setbacks or the issue re-surfaced.

This was being tested in the Alpha ring, which is the first ring to test preview updates and requires an invitation to join, and has preview updates with the potential to have the most bugs so it's possible it's stalled in the Alpha ring.

My suggestion is to report the issue through the Xbox Insider Hub app, which you can do so by the report a problem option in the power menu after you have the app downloaded.

If you join the Insider program, eventually it should get pushed to the other preview rings and you can get the fix in an upcoming preview update before it would go live.
