    Good Morning,

    I have spoken to Xbox Support a number of times to try and resolve an issue i am experiencing. My Xbox will not download digital copies of the games i have paid for and have downloaded via gold as apparently the files are corrupted. Xbox has sent me to your
    forum as according to them i have exhausted all options to fix my xbox through them.

    Could you please advise as i am running out of options and do not want this issue to create further problems??

    Seems like no one can help and i can not find the xbox Insider Forums?

    Insider Program Issues!

    If you recently installed the application, it takes a full 72-hour process for your console to be accepted into the program. When this happens, you should not have the issue anymore.

    If you're having serious issues using your Xbox after an Insiders update and want to go back to the standard public release of the dashboard you can do so in the Xbox Insiders app.
