Insider Hub (Xbox App) won't open - stuck on loading screen

Hi,

I recently received an closed-alpha invitation that I can't seem to accept. The instructions were to open the Insider Hub app on the Xbox and to then to accept and download. However, because the app won't open I can't access my invites.

I have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times - any suggestions or ideas?

Xbox Insider Hub Stuck loading since it got released......

So since Xbox insider hub app got released it keeps loading forever with a black screen en green loading ring i let it on for hours but keeps loading i removed the app etc i resetted my console to factory settings etc but it won't work

Xbox Insider Hub Error

Same issue and are you stuck on a green screen with the logo saying "Please sign in to use the Xbox Insider Hub".

Are you currently in the Xbox Insiders program? What happens when you try to open the app specifically? Have you been able to use the app before?

You should post this on the Xbox Insiders reddit page. That way the insiders team can fix it.

before this for around an hour it would not load up past the green xbox loading screen but now is stuck on the black screen after with the error code 0x80010119 showing

I got the same error code. In my case the solution was to just open the Xbox up and remove all the (tons of) dust that was inside.
