    Insider hub profile gives me “error, there is an error”


    I can’t submit the weekly pulse question, I’m getting an error. And if I go to the 4th tab (the one that shows my level to the insider’s program) I’m getting “error, there is an error”, it doesn’t display my “years and months in the program” or how many reports I have submitted, it only displays my pulse score.

    Hey

    I had the same problem. You might have aswell turned off the Xbox Services at one point an that causes the trouble.

    Press the Start button, Search for "System Configuration", Go to the Services tab, Scroll down to Xbox, and enable everything that is Xbox related. After a quick reboot I was able to sign in to the Xbox Insider Hub.

    Insiders on the Xbox Insider Forums. To start a chat session, follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to
      Insider Program forums
      .
    2. You may select Latest Xbox One Update Preview.
    3. Click on Chat with Support.

    The insider program link that I have seen posted here as well as various other places gives a 404 error. I am not sure if I need to register ahead of time or if simply being an xbox insider (via the PC hub) is enough to *potentially* grant me access at the

    3. On the power menu, select Report a problem.
    4. Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.
