Insider Console Update while playing

KVion, means that the Insider version is still installed on your console.

Even after exiting, the console may take a while to update to the previous version.

If the console is working, continue using it normally.

If you left Insider because the console had a problem, you won't be able to use it for a while, until microsoft updates the system and your insider update becomes public.

If you get updates that frequently, it's because you VOLUNTARILY signed up for the Insider Preview Program, which includes FORCED updates if the console hasn't been able to update during other times.

If the updates frequency is bothering you so much, you can move to a different (lower) ring of the Insider Preview program, where you get less frequent updates, or leave the Insider Preview Program completely, and you only get one update per month, that
will be installed while your console is in standby while in "Instant On Mode", or if you're still in the update window, when you shut down the console next.

If you are past the update window, the update will be forcibly installed when you start up the console.

You'll get a lot more updates being in the insider program.

Set your console for instant-on mode and they'll update while your not using your console. You'll never notice them.

I'm not sure why it's updating so much if you're not in the Insider program, but if you set your console to instant on mode and to keep your games and apps updated, you'll never notice the updates. The console will be able to update while you're using it.

Also, if you have the console set as your Home, you can play your games without having to be online unless the game is online only.
