Insert disc error

Discus and support Insert disc error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I ran into a issue with my console where it would not read disc.     Insert disc error


    I ran into a issue with my console where it would not read disc. I called support and they couldn't fix it so there after I got off the phone with them I swapped out games between Diablo3 and titan fall over and over again and eventually my diisc started
    reading so is it a update issue or is it a console issue?

    I just lift the front of the xbox one up at a 45deg angle while inserting a game disc or bluray movie, it gets detected that way for some reason...very odd reason

    Took a video of it happening...

    there was no recent update for 360 that could cause your issue, in this case it really might be your disc drive.

    My games just never load. The Xbox just keeps saying "insert disc" on the bottom right icon and whenever I take out the disc and put it back in it does not fix it every so often the game will work but if I want to play a different game it will not work for
    a while.

    I do believe this is a known issue and is being worked on for the next software update. I'm part of the update preview beta testing program, and I do recall seeing this issue (or one extremely similar) on the list of known issues being worked on.
