    Cláudia boa noite olhe reconheço seu esforço e dedicação a respeito do meu caso mais infelizmente não suporto mais essa situação ontem joguei normalmente com meu console que chegou, baixei os jogos e utilizei o credito. Joguei tudo
    normalmente ai desliguei o console e agora exatamente as 19:37 do dia 24/03/2019 fui ligar o mesmo. Ao ligar ele faz um bipe e não liga, já tentei varias vezes e o bipe continua da mesma maneira, parece que esse pesadelo não tem fim. Acredito que como consumidor
    terei que procurar outros meios, infelizmente porque já e o segundo console que me mandam e vem com o mesmo defeito não é possível, pois você mesmo me disse que ele antes de ser enviado, passa por testes rigorosos, e isso já vem se estendendo por muito tempo.

    Só pra lembrar 1º Ocorrido : meu console dá problema Obs: não quer ligar, ligo para o suporte e aciono a troca padrão detalhe o atendente me informa como funciona pago uma taxa pelo serviço mando meu console e recebo um
    novo (LACRADO) na caixa e quando chega e um console recondicionado que ai já quebra o direito do consumidor pois deveria receber o produto oferecido, após 34 dias de uso o mesmo apresenta o mesmo defeito do anterior.

    2º Ocorrido : Novamente aciono o suporte, onde informo que o console está com o mesmo problema e novamente fico sem console e envio novamente. Foi ai que começou seu atendimento onde você me garantiu a troca do console recondicionado
    por outro recondicionado, ai agora o mesmo que você mandou apresenta o mesmo defeito. Como pode acontecer algo dessa natureza?? Fico sem jogar a quase 3 meses, perdendo tempo e dinheiro, pois também trabalho com o console e isso vem se estendendo e nada e
    resolvido.

    OBS: Lembrando que não passou nem do tempo da garantia do primeiro console recondicionado e o segundo já apresentou o mesmo defeito.

    Hello There,

    First off, sorry for all the issues you are having with the consoles. Are you plugging the console directly into a wall outlet? If you are using a power strip or ext. cord this can cause many issues even cause the console to not turn on. If you are having
    the issue again you can do another repair.

    Do you know if the console you received from repair is the same console or a different one? You can tell by the serial number on the repair.

    Again, we apologize for all the issues you are having. In this instance it would be best to contact support and set up a new repair order. If you are not plugged into the wall, please try that first as it has worked for others.

    Realmente lamento por sua experiência insatisfatória com a Microsoft Brasil. Eu notei que nos últimos anos a Microsoft tem se esforçado muito mais para ouvir seus clientes e prestar um serviço melhor. Porém parece que isso não se aplica ao Brasil.

    Espero que a Microsoft Brasil se atualize de acordo com a Microsoft dos EUA, e passe a respeitar mais seus clientes e prestar um melhor atendimento, atualizando seus processos.

    Hello Thiago,

    Sorry for the frustration you are having with your repair. As having a repair done myself it can be very hard sometimes if given different information. When you first talked with the agent that helped with the exchange did you receive an email from them?
    If so, you can reply to that email and hopefully get a reply from the one that originally helped you. Also make sure that your exchange/repair is still active being you have already sent your console out.

    try contacting, some operators will find them relevant you should report it to microsoft itself. I'm sorry about your problem, I too stark mad if I went something like this, anyway I hope I could help even if more you should call for service.
