Insanity on Xbox Fitness broken

The Insanity workout program for Xbox Fitness is extremely frustrating because it won't track your movements properly and you end up getting *** on your score. Some movements it tracks fine, others I'll be doing the exact workout I'm supposed to and it won't
track anything and I get 0 or minimal workout points. This happens across all the workouts in the program, and overall I'd say it tracks only about half the exercises total.

If this were free I'd let it go but it's not, I paid $60 for this program and I expect a product that works as it says it will. Part of the motivator for using the Xbox Fitness program is to get workout points, and when you can't do that it takes the fun
and some of the motivation away.

Are you guys aware of this and is there an incoming fix? If not I feel I should be able to return this product as it doesn't work as advertised.

I can't share xbox insanity with my wife...

Hello, i purshased insanity for xbox fitness on my second xbox one with my profile, i can play on both console but not my wife. When she try to launch insanity on her console, it's like she has to buy the content but when she click to buy, it's say
"you already purshased insanity for xbox fitness". I don't know what to do because she can't buy insanity for her profile, that message is always showing. (sorry for my english grammar, i'm french)

 

"Insanity for XBOX Fitness" AddOn: purchased, installed ... not showing up anywhere ...

I know about P90X for Xbox Fitness, but a full Insanity for Xbox Fitness DLC must be very new.

People had similar issues with the other DLCs in the past. Usually the problem gets fixed in a few days when they release an update to the game. Sometimes reinstalling the game and DLC also helps, but you already tried that.

Insanity for Xbox Fitness sounds great btw, liked the free workouts.

It sounds like you use Xbox Fitness a lot, so I'm sure the answer is yes, but I still have to ask first.

Is the space you're using clear of obstructions and the floor properly set up with your Kinect to ensure that the Kinect can track you properly?

 

Yes the area is completely clear of obstructions...my Kinect is set up properly, I followed instructions from this website on how to do so.

 

And you haven't had any issues with any of the other workouts? It's just Insanity that is giving you a hard time?

 

I mean I'm not going to say every workout has worked flawlessly, but generally speaking no none of them have done what Insanity is doing, especially to the extent it's doing it.
