"Insanity for XBOX Fitness" AddOn: purchased, installed ... not showing up anywhere ...

Hi everybody!

Today I bought the "Insanity for XBXOX Fitness" add on, which is available in Germany, where I live, on 15.12.2014, i.e. today.

Unfortunately, it does not show up anywhere in the library so I can't play it.

(Yes: I deleted my profile, I uninstalled and reinstalled the add on, the game, just the one add on and all add ons ... I also redirected default installations to the built in hard drive b4 doing all this. Of course I did a reset my console.)

Any work around or do I have to wait for a patch (again)?

missing addons

I bought a couple addons for the game hawken from the xbox one store on mt xbox and the addons show as installed but they are not showing up in game...any ideas?

I can't share xbox insanity with my wife...

Hello, i purshased insanity for xbox fitness on my second xbox one with my profile, i can play on both console but not my wife. When she try to launch insanity on her console, it's like she has to buy the content but when she click to buy, it's say
"you already purshased insanity for xbox fitness". I don't know what to do because she can't buy insanity for her profile, that message is always showing. (sorry for my english grammar, i'm french)

I know about P90X for Xbox Fitness, but a full Insanity for Xbox Fitness DLC must be very new.

People had similar issues with the other DLCs in the past. Usually the problem gets fixed in a few days when they release an update to the game. Sometimes reinstalling the game and DLC also helps, but you already tried that.

Insanity for Xbox Fitness sounds great btw, liked the free workouts.

I purchased it through Smartglass last night and played the first workout today. Things may be different for different regions, but searching for 'Insanity' seems to do the trick if it doesn't show up in newest addons.

yes, when you purchase games and add ons they will show under the download section of my games and apps, all your progress should be stored in the cloud if it synced up, and any addons will be installable too.

If it does, then just give it some more time. It could take upto 24 hours to get the items sometimes. Same issue here. Some songs showed up in Rock Band 4, others did not. They show up in the Xbox Store, and I can download them through the store, but they do not show up in the Rock Band store. Only available as purchase.

The Xbox store shows that I have bought them (search, addons for Rock Band on Xbox One), the Xbox store allows me to install them, Rock Band 4 doesn't recognize them.
