    I shipped my Xbox one monday and took 2 days to receive it back. I am pretty impress with your service thank you so much but last little thing. When I recerved my Xbox back you told me in the letter with the Xbox you would give me a free card of 1 month
    xbox one live but looking everywhere cant find it ... Can you give me little tip how to activate my 1 month thank you very much.

    ME 1 Questioned.

    You set the difficulty to 'Insanity' and it then changes it back to 'Hardcore', which is a glitch or blind oversight as far as I'm concerned. Anyone going for harder difficulty achievements on any game know that the settings cannot be changed to unlock
    the medal, the last thing that they expect is for the settings to change on their own which this one clearly does AFTER you set it to 'Insanity' so yes, it's a glitch...:)

    Also completed this on single player by hiding behind the lift thing you come up on... tried for hours on 4 player co-op but the queen kept breaking in or the guards smoked us... Still took a while on single player but found it easier, all the tips above
    will help (spot enemies, take out guards before running for hammer) just keep at it dude :) Good Luck!
