If you have the upgrade for 1$ thenit will tell you there that it will be converted on a 1 to 1 for up to 36 months. So if you do it now it will start charging you on this day 3 years from now.

1 to 1 is 1 is a day for a day. So if you have 267 days gold then you will have 267 days ultimate. After yor first time purchaseing then 1 year of gold will convert to 3months of ultamate
