Gamepass Ultimate includes PC Gamepass as well so you dont need multiple subscriptions.

If you strictly want Gold alone, you'll want to let gamepass run its course or cancel it. Gamepass Ultimate includes Gold, Gamepass, and EA Play so it is more money but the subscriptions cant be separated in terms of having them at a single time.

May I ask, did you reinstall the game from your owned games library after it was removed from Gamepass?

If you installed it from Gamepass, it will no longer be recognized as owned as it will be picking up the gamepass license rather than your purchased license.
