Inquiry on Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock promotion

I recently preordered Sea of Thieves because the Black Dog Pack really grabbed my attention. I found out recently that there's actually 2 more skins obtained elsewhere that complete this set. One is from buying the SoT game drive, the other is from watching
a live stream on mixer? I emailed mixer and a member referred me back to you guys since you were the ones providing the skin.

I really just wanted to find out if the "Ebon Flintlock" skin is obtainable any other way or if there's going to be another chance to obtain it at all as it's really bugging me being a collector having missed out and not found any promotion for the "promotional"
stream providing the skin.

Thank you so much for resolving this. I just wanted to ask, is there an end date to the Midnight Blunderbuss Skin promotion? I play Sea of Thieves through Windows 10 so I currently have no use for a hard drive right now since I don't own an Xbox One, but
I wondered how long I had until that promotion ends to complete my set.

 

It seems that even though I have redeemed the code, the skin does not appear in my game. Upon further inspection with the help of a member of xbox support, in my purchase history it says that the mixpot codes have been redeemed, but the payment says USD,
rather than GBP like the rest of my purchase history. It also doesn't seem to have a hyperlinked name which diverts me to the item page like the rest of my purchase history.

This is a
known issue that Sea of Thieves is working on - as long as the codes redeemed successfully, those items should appear for you eventually. Thanks for your patience on that.

As for the Midnight Blunderbuss, that's included with purchases of the Sea of Thieves external hard drive, so it would depend on how long supplies for that last. We'd recommend trying to snag one as soon as you can to make sure!
