Inquiry for my account Bech

Hi, I would like to inquire my account Bech that currently banned permanently. I've filed a case review before on your team. However, unfortunately the decision was upheld. I hope you won't mind, if I'll ask, may I know what are the best options for a recovery
of my account or is there other process that I can take to review this further? I'm hoping that my account will be given another chance to be review to unbanned it because, I believe that I didn't violate any Xbox policy and harassed a player. Because as
a gamer myself, I don't want to do the things that can harm or harass other players because I don't want to have that kind of experience, and I really respect the other players. I'm looking forward for your deepest understanding and for your consideration. Please
allow me to say thank you in advance and I really appreciate your time on taking this concern.

Account Suspension Inquiry

I was told by Technical support that this is the only other way to get in contact with the Enforcement Team (or at least someone who has access to the suspension information). They told me to submit this to the forum and someone would reply with the information
I want. I already submitted a case review and the decision was upheld. I can't do anything else on that case now.

 

There is no further course of action to take, if the case review has been completed and a decision has been made this is final.
