    Since that is not a Rewards program offer, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance. Also, reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support so forum support will not have access to that information.

    Mixpot FAQ    , inquiries must be initiated within two weeks of the stream in order to be investigated. Unfortunately, neither Sea of Thieves or Xbox Support will be able to provide you with the content from the promotion.
