Inquiry about a suspension

Is there any way I can get the transcript or text that led to my son receiving a suspension. I would like to review his conduct and address with him so that he can be a better gamer citizen.

Details of the enforcement action, that are available, are posted in the Enforcement History of the account. So if you sign into
the Enforcement website, there should be a link on that page to enforcement actions that will list the details.

The Enforcement Team, which does not operate here or on other social media platforms, only operates at the Enforcement site, so I would

recommend reviewing their page with many details about the program and procedures in the "How do I?" section.

For information about his suspension, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com If it's eligible, you can submit a case review. in some cases they will tell what led to
the suspension in the case review, but they do not give transcripts.
