Inquiring for Force Gamertag change

To whom it may concern,

This is Josh the owner of account which was previously J8. My account was sanction with a Force Gamertag Change. However, as I've checked or researched the word J8 it doesn't have any meaning and it also doesn't contain a content that violates
the Xbox code of conduct regarding gamertag which are:

- Profane words or phrases

- Topics or content of a sexual nature

- Hate speech

- Controversial religious topics

- Sensitive current or historical events

- Any "sound-alike" or "lookalike" words, phrases, or puns that reference these topics

I've also raise this concern to the Xbox Chat Support. However, they advised me to post this concern to the forums to reach the right department (which are the enforcement team) since there's no option to file a case review regarding force gamertag change.
He also documented everything on this case number: 1390106388

I would like to formally raised this concern because as far as I believe and reviewing the Code of Conduct of Xbox, my gamertag J8 doesn't violate any rules.

I am desperate for a staff member of the enforcement team to review this and respond to this ticket. There is no option to plea for a case review via the enforcement website which is why I am resorting to the forums. I was advised that the enforcement team
regularly respond to posts on the forums addressed to them so please don't respond to this post unless you are a staff member of the enforcement team.

Unfortunately support is known to give incorrect information when it's something they don't directly handle. The enforcement team has not used the forums for over a year and there is no other way to contact them than through a case review. If you can't submit
a case review, then there is nothing else you can do. Forum support does not handle enforcement issues.

I was told by a staff member on live chat that the enforcement team does use the forums. If you read my post clearly you would have seen that I explained how I can't submit a case review on http://enforcement.xbox.com
So please, either suggest something useful or don't reply to my post. This is the second time that you have done that now. I want an enforcement staff member to review the post, I've had nothing but poor service. All I ask is for an enforcement staff member
to review this issue.

You can hit the Enforcement team by using
enforcement.xbox.com only, and regarding a forced gamertag change you will not be allowed to get back the old one of course.

Can I get a free Gamertag change by going to the enforcement forums?

Some users are under the impression that simply by inquiring about a forced Gamertag change in the enforcement forums XBLPET will provide a free Gamertag change. This is not the
case.

While players are encouraged to post if they have questions about an enforcement action, posting in the forums does not in any way guarantee a free Gamertag change. In the past,
a forced Gamertag change gave users the opportunity to change the offending Gamertag free of charge. Unfortunately, this gesture was prone to abuse, and many people simply chose new, equally offensive Gamertags. As a result, the Gamertag enforcement process
changed. A forced Gamertag change now automatically assigns a new Gamertag to the account, much in the same way a system-generated Gamertag is provided when you first sign up for Xbox Live.

If a player is unhappy with the assigned Gamertag and wishes to change it, he or she may purchase a new Gamertag through the standard Gamertag change process
