Inquiring about a taken gamertag

I recently posted another question pertaining to this issue but reported it as answered a bit too hastily. I did some research, contacted a few more areas of Microsoft support and now I am back.

My issue is just that I want a gamertag from an account that has been inactive for at least seven years, at least the same amount of time my current Xbox Live account has been active. After my first post I verified that they have been inactive, there is
no gamerscore, no game activity, etc. Definitely made as an Xbox account however as the picture is of an old Xbox 360 avatar.

In my first post I learned all accounts inactive for 5 years will be deactivated, as of 2016. This of course means I'd be waiting until 2021, which I am not too keen on doing.

I then contacted Xbox support via chat, and they told me I could try waiting for a gamertag recycling this year, which was the first time I have heard of this, otherwise this issue may have been resolved a few years back. The issue is that there has not
been a recycling since 2016, when the account deactivation process was automated to delete them after 5 years (with the start point being 2016).

I then tried calling support in the hope of finding a method to contact someone who would be very knowledgeable in this subject, such as through email or something, as support chat gave me inaccurate info. They said there was no emails I could really go
to, just chats and calls.

Basically, I just want to make the case to someone that the account with the gamertag I want has been inactive for well over 5 years, and it could be justified to renew the gamertag for use. In 2016 the decision was made to deactivate accounts after 5 years,
with the main issue being that this was starting in 2016, so they would at earliest be deactivated in 2021, even if they have been inactive for longer than 5 years at this point.

What I need to know is if there is anyone/any support on Microsoft I could possibly contact about this issue (that I have not already tried), any emails or whatever else I could try to resolve this, I'm a bit stubborn with it (probably too stubborn) as this
is the last account I use that I have not successfully changed to the correct username.
