    Inquires on suspended account - extended suspension



    This is Gilbert Gutierrez the owner of (gamertag). Recently my account was placed with a temporary suspension which started last Jun 11, 2017 11:05:00 PM - Which should ended today, Jun 26, 2017 12:17:48 AM - UTC Time zone. However, upon checking
    my account, I still can't connect or chat which is why I contacted Xbox Chat support. The support Ericson C. assisted me and confirmed that my suspension has been extended until Sep 19, 2017 1:04:47 AM - UTC Time zone. Ericson C. advised me to file a case
    review on this link (https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements). But, there's no option to file a case review which is why the support advised me
    to raised this through forums instead to reach the Xbox Enforcement team to review this further. This case was also recorded under SR # 11389870962. Please assist me on my account suspension since based on what Ericson C. found on my records, the suspension
    was from a communication issue which is not possible because my account is currently suspended the time it was placed or extended.

    I'm looking for forward to your positive response and further assistance regarding this matter. Also, please allow me to thank you for your taking your time on reading on my concern.

    Suspensions

    So I got my account suspended, and I accept that, except, my suspension should be over. I got to check the status of it and now my suspension got extended. I'm just curious on why.

    That's what their child submitted. When an account is suspended/banned, if eligible, you can submit a case review to inquire about the suspension/ban. You only get one chance to submit a review.

    This is not the place to inquire about account suspensions as the enforcement team doesn't read this section of the forums. Instead, post your suspension inquiry in the My LIVE account was suspended section of the support forums at

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     as the enforcement will only look into account suspensions at that section of the support forums. We, the community and ambassadors cannot tell you why your accounts got suspended, only the enforcement team can.
