    microsoft edge should be removed as an app i cant beleave xbox would keep such a **** app tthat crashes more the it works if you have no intention of fixing it get rid of it

    Edge keeps crashing when watching videos , after ten minutes it will freeze and send me back to the home screen. I'm using an Xbox one s and I'm having these issues ? Why haven't this been addressed yet

    Perform a hard reset, basically hold the power button for 20 seconds until it full switches off, then unplug from the power source for 5 minutes then restart, hopefully this will work for you.
